Revision of the QAA Academic Infrastructure

The QAA have published a second edition of the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications: England, Wales and Northern Ireland (FHEQ) and a new companion publication Higher Education Credit Framework for England: guidance on academic credit arrangements in higher education in England. This is a new step-by-step guide for tutors, taking them through the whole process from arrival in the room to collecting the handsets at the end. It incudes advice on how to deal with typical problems, such as some handsets not working. It takes about 5 minutes to view – avialable via our Zappers page

Another PowerPoint template suitable for teaching has been been made available via our website. The new one has a green/blue title page and pale grey content pages, similar to the style that must be used for external presentations. Again, the design is optimised for accessibility and prints well in black-and-white.
